Our help areas are going to be shifting to a more user friendly format.
#1. The linked destination on the help tab in the cmadmin bar is going to shift from submitting a ticket to our new Help Desk Article website.
From here you will be able to find detailed articles with step-by-step processes on how to do specific tasks accompanied with pictures outlining the locations and buttons to press.
Our goal here is to make issues as easy to solve as possible by giving immediate access to the most common problems. This area will constantly be evolving and including more articles as time goes on.
After searching for a solution to your problem, if you cannot find an article on your issue, you can click the 'Submit a Request' button on the top right to submit a trouble ticket and we will answer as soon as possible.
#2. The new Help Button on the bottom right will allow you to search for help on a specific issue.
This will only show the top 3 results based on your query so try to be specific and concise on a single issue.
If the results are not displaying what you are looking for then this is also where you can submit support tickets. Click on Contact Us and fill out the information listed, then click send.
This will submit a support ticket the same way as the one described in #1.
