1. When in Microsoft Outlook 2007 click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page and scroll down to "Account Settings" and click on it. A new window will pop up showing different options available. When creating a new email account click on "New" and select the check box at the bottom named "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click 'Next'.

2. Select 'Internet Email' and click 'Next'

3. Now it's time to create your internet email setting. Fill in your settings as shown below. Leave the "Log on using SPA" unchecked, this does not apply to you. Once finished filling out the information click the "More Settings" button toward the bottom of the window.

4. More settings will pop up for you to update. Click the "Outgoing Server" tab. Select the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box. The "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" option should automatically select itself. Click "OK" when you are finised this will close the More Settings window. This action will bring you back to the previous window.

5. Go ahead and click the "Next" button on the Email Settings window. This will bring up a new window asking if you are finished. Click the "Finish" button at the bottom of the window to complete this transaction.
