2.

A new window showing the link properties will pop up and ask for "Link Name". Type the name of the link in the box shown below.

3.

The next step is to define the type of link it will be. To attach the Link to a File we will need to click the "File" button under our Link Type. Once the Link Type has been chosen a new set of options will appear under the Link Types.  We are going to choose a new file to upload onto the server so, click the "Upload New File" under the option boxes.

7.

When we click the "Upload New File" link as shown above, a Browse button will appear next to the File Name box.  We need to click on the "Browse" button to view the files on our computer.

8.

Once we have located the file we need on our computer, click on the file name.

9.

The file name will appear in the File Name box at the bottom of the window to ensure you have chosed the correct file. Click the "Open" button in the lower right hand corner of the File Window to exit out of this window screen.

10.

The pathway to the computer file will now be listed as the File Name.  Click on "Upload Selected File" to upload the file to your website server.

11.

Once the file has been uploaded to the server, the pathway will condense to just the file name. The link is new sending views to the file selected.  Make sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen before exiting the page.
