How can we see a report of users that have enrolled for various ministries, newsletters, etc?

Please see the below screen shots, this will explain how to view the enrolled users in each role.

This will allow you to view only, there is currently no way to export to a report at this time. As a work around you could copy and paste the users into a spreadsheet.
