The Print icon is used to create a printer friendly version of the module.  This is mainly used for text modules and is not needed on all modules.  It is very simple to disable it. 

1. Go to the module's settings by either clicking the settings icon or moving your mouse over the blue dropdown arrow:

2. Expand the area marked Page Settings by clicking the + box next to the title.  Then find the option that says Allow Print?  Deselect the uncheck the box and then click update at the bottom of the page.
