| 1. CM Admin have the ability to reset the password to User Accounts. Under the "CM Admin" tab is a "User Manager" option which brings up the alphabet search for all User Accounts. |

| 2. The screen will now show several options available to a CM Admin under User Accounts. Click on the first letter of the user name. To view all user names the "All" button can be clicked on. Once the User Name is shown on the bottom of the screen click on the edit pencil to pull up the User Account. |

| 3. The User Account Information will list several directories at the top of the screen. One directory listed will be Manage Password. Click on this button to pull up the password information for this account. |

| 4. The Password Information will appear on the screen displaying all the password history and information. At the bottom of the screen there will be the option to Reset Password. Once the Reset Password button has been clicked, a message will appear at the top of the screen letting you know if the job was successful. |
