How to Authorize a New User

To authorize a new user you need to have access to the "User Manager" under "CM Admin" tab. Click the "User Manager" tab to authorize a new user.

 

 

  


2. The screen will now show several options available. Click on the "Users" icon, as shown below.

When you click on the "Users" icon it will reset the page. Notice the alphabet below the search field. At the far right of the alphabet there are several options; one being "Unauthorized". Click on the "Unauthorized" tab to view all the accounts that are waiting to be approved.

A list of pending accounts will be shown on the page. Next to each account is an icon of a pencil. Click on the pencil icon to edit this user profile.

 


5. Once the user information pulls up, click on the "Authorize User" tab on the right side of the page below the account history.

 


6. You will know the process was successful by green OK triangle at the top of the page. The account option will also change from "Authorize User" to the option "Unauthorize User".
