After you add an Expanded Text Module to your page, it will look like the image below:

You will need to click on the settings button (pencil on paper) to configure the module.

On the settings page, scroll down to the Expandable Text/HTML Settings area:

After you click "Update", the image below will appear:

Next you will click "Add Content".

Below you will see examples of "Show Expand/Collapse All" and "Show Expanded".
