NOTE: Not all sites have the ability to create a survey.

A survey is a fast and easy way to get users opinions on a variety of subjects.

Select the page that you want to insert the survey module to and then use the pull down menu to select "Survey" from your selections.

Your new module will look like the example below. A pencil icon, "Add Question" and the icon for settings.

Select "Add Question".

The page below appears.

1) Question - Fill in the question.

2) Type - Single Selection allows for one answer per question while Multiple Selection lets the user choose more than one option.

3) View Order - Using a numbering system, enter a number for the view order.

4) New Option - You will enter your options (answers) here. If there is a correct answer from multiples, enter the correct answer and click the "Option is correct answer" box. Then click "Add Option". If there is no correct answer, enter the answer and then click "Add Option". Continue doing this for each answer that you want to enter.

5) When you are finished, click "Update" to save.
