How to Delete a File in the Upload Manager

In this lesson, you will learn to delete a file in Upload Manager. To delete a folder, you will need to open a ticket.
Log in to your User Account
Log onto the website with your assigned username and password.
Navigate to the CM Admin Tab
Select CM Upload Manager in the pull down menu.
Navigate to Folder
Select the folder that has the files or images that you want to delete. In this lesson, I selected Testfolder.
Files in Folder
All files in the folder have a red "X" to the left of them. Click on the red "X" of the file you want to delete.
Deleting a File
A pop up dialog box will appear and verifies that you want to delete the selected item. Press "ok" if you do, cancel if you don't.
File is Deleted
The file was deleted and was removed from the database. If the file is needed, it will need to be uploaded to the Upload Manager. See the Lesson titled "How to Add a File to Upload Manager".
