How to Create a Folder in the Upload Manager

How to create a folder within Upload Manager.

Log in to your user account

Log onto the website with your assigned username and password.

Navigate to the CM Admin Tab

Select CM Upload Manager in the pull down menu.

Adding a folder

Click on the icon "Add Folder"

Select where the new folder will be located.

If you want a new parent folder, select "editors/" as your parent folder (1). If you would like to add a sub-folder to an existing folder, select the appropriate parent folder.(2)

For this step, we are creating a new parent folder.

Enter in a name for your folder. Make it as descriptive as possible to ensure others can find it.

Create folder

Click on "update" to create the folder.

Your new folder appears in the list along with the others.
