How to Add a File Using the Upload Manager

In this lesson, you will learn to add a file to Upload Manager.

Log in to your User Account

Log onto the website with your assigned username and password.

Navigate to the CM Admin Tab

Select CM Upload Manager in the pull down menu.

Adding a File

Click on the icon "Add Files"

Location of File

Select where the file will be located. For this lesson, we will be adding the file to the Testfolder.

Selecting Files

Click on the "Select Files" button.

Pop Up Window Appears

A pop up window will appear. This allows you to navigate to the location of the file on your computer to select it.

Select the file to upload. It will automatically insert it into the box. Then click the "open" button

Multiple Files to Upload

If you have multiple files to upload, you can click on the first one, press the "Shift" on the keyboard, then click the last one and all the files will be highlighted and populate the box. Click the "open" button.

Multiple Files - Not all needed

If you have multiple files to upload but they aren't all underneath each other, you can still select them all to upload at once. You select the first file, press and continue to hold down the "Ctrl" key on the keyboard, then click the files one by one. They will populate the box. Then click "open".

Files are Uploaded

You will receive a confirmation stating the files were uploaded and the names of each file.

Verifying Files in Folders

Navigate back by either selecting "Return" or "Home".
