How do I Send a Newsletter if I am a Page Editor?

This tutorial only applies to certain organizations.
1. Login to your website and select 'Send a Newsletter'
2. Select the Role Group that you wish to send the newsletter
3. After that just fill out the pertinent information you wish to convey in your newsletter. Don't forget to click 'Send Message' when complete.
